Yesterday evening I ordered a gravy chicken chowmein. I found a dead housefly in the gravy. I complained to the waiter. All of a sudden he snatched away the plate and apologised to me. He was asking for another dish. I simply refused him. Rather than I told him that I won't pay as I got housefly in my food. The owner forced me to pay the full amount. He didn't even consider for the discount as a token for apology. This is really ridiculous as they compromised with people's health and wellness. I have called and already lodged a complaint to the food safety department against this restaurant. They didn't even provide me the bill but I have online payment as evidence against them.
