Pho Restaurant - Konstanz

For each category there is a vegan/vegetarian option: appetizer, main dish and dessert. If you are a student, you will receive 2 euro discount from the price of all main dishes. the restaurant uses fresh vegetables and fruit and the staff is very friendly! in front of the restaurant there are also many parking spaces.

The chicken broth absolutely tasteless when you call your restaurant pho, you should be able to develop the taste by having enough time and proper ingredients. Spring rolls made with ingredients from yesterday or day before tastes not fresh and the sauce is nothing other than eating vinegar. I want a bad Vietnamese fast food day, but it's not even Vietnamese.

Considering that the name of the restaurant is Pho Restaurant, one would assume that their speciality would be Pho and that it would be at least decent. But we were served nothing more than a sad satire of a phony. No self-respecting Vietnamese would call a dish with salt-based broth, thick hard beef with carrots, broccoli and cucumber, a pho saved. It is at most a bad interpretation of a phony. Her Gui Coun but was quite decent served with large pieces of shrimp. In order to add injury insults, one would not expect a decent restaurant in a first world country to accept only cash and to have no clear signs of it. The owner, a Vietnamese man, was also overly friendly and respectless, in search of our sexual orientation, while inappropriate physical contact in the form of jabs and nudges. The food was too sad to look at pictures of, also for my Shutterbug tendencies. There is absolutely nothing to be happy here unless you have cash and are looking for a fast and cheap (in quality and price) meal. Please avoid!

We go here regularly, sort of across from where our apartment is. The food pho, May was cold so the warm soup was great is straightforward but for us is very good. lots of veggies in with the noodles and whatever protein you like. The host is one reason we go back, as he is so welcoming.

The food was quick and tasted very good. The service was excellent. It’s a small cozy place but recommended.
