Absolutely irresponsible staff. We ordered a small banquet at the Offroad restaurant and were not satisfied. First of all, 2 weeks before the event, we were informed that a pipe had burst in the hall we booked for the celebration and we would be forced to move to the common hall of the cafe. But it's still okay, these are unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we arrived at the restaurant, inspected the common hall, agreed to hold the holiday here and asked to place the tables so that all the guests could sit comfortably and everyone could see each other. The administrators smiled at us, said that they would do everything, but did not fulfill our request. Also, we were not brought water, alcohol and cake, which we brought to the restaurant in advance, although we informed the waiters and administrators about this. Also, we were not brought drinks that we ordered directly at the establishment. When we asked when they would be brought, the waitress was sincerely surprised that we had drinks in our order and kept running to clarify. We got the drinks, sadly, but when we paid, we discovered an extra bottle of champagne in the check. Also, when ordering the banquet, we asked the administrator to make a note that when the guests arrive, they should be offered coffee/tea/water at our expense, however, of course, no one offered anything to the guests and the guests were forced to buy water at their own expense. As a result, instead of enjoying the holiday, we were constantly running after the waiters and administrators to complete their work and our order. The only plus is the food, it was delicious, so there are no complaints about the cooks.

I stopped by this restaurant on the way, I chose based on the reviews and I wasn't wrong I ordered apple-mint lemonade, Caesar with tiger prawns and spinach pancakes with salmon for myself, and everything is very tasty! fast and good delivery. There is a child next to me. site, the parking lot was free at about 2:00 p.m., nice interior in the restaurant, friendly staff, plenty of seats in the hall. the restroom is also quite spacious, although there are only 2 of them, but everything is clean and there is paper . Therefore, I do not see any disadvantages in this institution, I recommend it!
