Le Feu - Der Flammkuchen Munster

I liked the selection of vegan flame cakes. Also that there were both salty and sweet flashcakes. The vegan sauce on it was mega tasty, the floor was nice crispy. In the restaurant it was unfortunately quite dark and the food was not seasoned. I particularly recommend the oriental vegan flame cake with sweet potato and corn.

Before getting to the important bit, let me emphasize that the staff at Le Feu is great. We have always been served by people who made us feel welcome and cared for. Sadly the food is a mixed bag. While nothing has been particularly bad we had a few bland and boring Flammkuchen. This may be because they only sparsly cover the dough in the vegan Sauerrahm substitute. Another issue is that you probably won’t be full without a desert, which drives up the price of meal. We can however recommend the potato Flammkuchen which is obviously the most filling option while also tasting pretty good. Make sure to say that you want the veganized Flammkuchen when ordering!

A classic for Münster. Very delicious flashcake and many vegan options. The prices are in the middle area (10-11€ per flashcake) and for 19€ you can eat All you can eat.
