Akagumi Ramen - Kumamoto

There is no English menu, but it is quite easy to order the food by showing on the photo in Google review, thanks to other local guides. The Kumamoto-Ramen is fantastic! The broth is richly aromatized and not excessively salted. The noodle is just boiled. The curry wheel is also good, but it may be too hot and spicy for others. I also ordered the fried dumplings and it's also good. Very recommended and I would say that the Kumamoto rays have to eat food when u visit Kumamoto.

Comfortable place for children. The raven is delicious and the broth is rich. We had the Kumamoto wheels and some cold chicken frames (with lemon). Both were much better than what you can find in Singapore. The chicken caraage was a highlight. It was crispy and the sauce amazing. The prices were affordable on my picture.

Large portions and great service. Never thought Kumamoto-style wheel was not so oily and greasy.

Despite its appearance and aroma, the soup is light and refreshing. The soup is light, but you can taste the pork bone flavor so well that you want to drink it all up. They also have a full set menu, and the fried rice was very good.

Staff here are very friendly even they only can speak limited English. I cannot finished the whole bowl of ramen, it contains 9 pieces of chashu. The chashu were slightly overcooked. The side dishes here were great too especially the deep-fried chicken. Crispy outside, tender inside.
