You can do multiple sauces : saos padang, saos tiram, goreng tepung and you can tell them your desired level of spiciness. Payments through Qris is also available, but do bring some cash to pay for drinks/beverages. They’re different tenant.

A must to visit when you are in Kupang when you are a seafood lover!! Everything is fresh and cheap, small lobster only IDR 50K and larger is only IDR 100K and it is also the cooking fee! I'd get rid of it!
