They think about your needs, for example they have blankets you can borrow for when you get cold, AND power points under the seats so you can charge your phone! A wide range of food, kid friendly-they have coloring too, and not to pricey. love this place!!!
I haven’t been to Mooroolbark in a few years because there just isn’t anything there in terms of cafes- but curiosity got the better of me seeing this cafe as I passed through on the train! Mooza b has been baaaaadly in need of some new eateries Country Heart delivers. It’s super cute inside, and has a very homely feel. I ordered a soy iced latte which was perfectly extracted: great start my smashed pumpkin was really BIG and went down nicely, however the pumpkin wasn’t smashed it was diced, and could have used some seasoning or maybe been char roasted to add a lil something extra. The combination of dukkah, haloumi and beetroot hummus made up for it though. I left full and satisfied. Will be back.
Visited this morning and ordered their version of eggs benedict, I loved that the customer is given the choice of bacon, pulled pork, or avocado! Picked the pulled pork, and wow! I can’t fault the meal eggs were runny, hollandaise was one of the best I’ve had, pulled pork was moist and tasty, and the rosti on the bottom had just the right amount of crispyness...happy days
Gorgeous cafe with a nice country vibe; comfy and cosy seating like you’re in someone’s (stylish) kitchen. Open early during the week at 6.30am for a quick coffee before getting on the train. Really good coffee. Staff are lovely. Family friendly. Takes bookings.
Amazing affordable brekkies! Definitely the best breakfast in Mooroolbark. Come here if you get the chance. Beats Moo Wine any day, especially on price.
