I highly recommend this restaurant, especially the second floor. The food is delicious, with tender meat and a great selection of wine. They also have vegetarian options such as Lobio and salads. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is top-notch. I recommend trying the Chicken Kharcho with Ghomi Balls. Overall, a fantastic dining experience for lunch.

My experience at Palaty for lunch was excellent. We enjoyed the Georgian salad, potatoes with mushrooms, and spinach pkhali. The food had a home-cooked feel to it. The atmosphere was charming, with post-its on the walls, and the service was friendly. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 5 out of 5. The price per person for our meal was around ₾30-40.
