Beautiful selection of beer, liqueur and spirits. Not so much food, just nuts and pretzels. The Barman is very friendly and sometimes plays live on the drums.

Phillipe is an absolute legend. Gave us some great tips for kyoto. We jammed a bit and he played some great music. Best bar we found in Japan.
