The food and service used to be excellent, but now the manager seems to be a complete joke.

The app wasn't working properly, and although they were aware of the issues, they still wouldn't accept the code. I had to wait until I finally managed to get it to go through. Please fix your app or start honoring the codes in-store.

I apologize, but we have run out of bread. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait a bit longer because I'm currently processing an online order that needs my attention. It feels like the staff here might be distracted, as the service is poor around 80% of the time. I'm usually a patient person, but when the same poor service keeps happening repeatedly, I would recommend going somewhere else. It's not a great experience here.
