Pizza Hut - La Crosse

Our supreme pizza had two slices that are almost 100% plain marinara pizza, why??? And delivery was also late. Were you busy making marinara pizzas?

So we ordered online at 9:43pm. We ordered 2 pizzas and some wings. We didn't get our food until 11:00pm. The door dash driver didn't even knock on the door. He called my phone but my phone was charging in my bedroom, we were in the living room waiting for our food and did not hear a door knock. After waiting after 11pm I came and check my phone and saw a missed called. I called back right away because I was thinking it was the delivery driver and it was. The driver said he left it in front of the door. We open the door and it was sitting on our doorsteps. We brought the food in to check and realized that we were missing the chicken wings. We called the driver back and when he picked up the phone. He was going back to the restaurant and I heard a lady in the background saying, we are closed. We can't do anything about it. Call back tomorrow. Well we paid for the food and didn't get our full order. Last time I ordered for pick up, there was nobody at the store when it was time to pick it up. Worst place and customer service of all times. Order domino's or toppers.

Since when do pizza places use premade frozen pizza dough and not throw their own? We couldn 't get a pan pizza because they didn 't have one premade in the freezer and they don 't do their own dough. If I wanted a frozen pie I 'd buy one at the store for half the price. How can they say no one out Pizzas the Hut ? Never again.

My food was burnt and hard as rocks and I doubled checked my order would be properly made and the manager himself reassured me it would be... I normally love the food and quality but for some reason this time it was horrible... Extremely disappointedParking: There's plenty of it

The workers smoking in the restaurant. Did not get what we ordered.The food sucked it tasted old.Pizza was a super supreme pizza.
