Avaliação da contribuiçãoNekter is an excellent juice bar, for the 1st class bowls (Akai, dragon fruit, protein power) as much as the smoothies and juices. Incredibly delicious and good for you. The big people who work here also help make every visit good. Since everything is to be ordered, like any of the best juice bars, do not expect it to be fast food. But instead of getting something within seconds that's literally trying to throttle your heart and hover years of your life, you're spending a few minutes to fresh ingredients and a meal equivalent that will make you happy that you are looking for good to your body.
This is my review of a recent Rude experience in Nektar, La Habra. The incident happened on Thursday, 4 August 2022 and I hope my share is of help for potential customers. (This is a long review, but I want to be as transparent as possible... I visited Nektar to request a business card. My mother was ill-treated on the same day by Nektar staff and I wanted to resolve the situation as respectful as possible. I saw two nectar staff when I got into the facility. I had no idea that these two employees were the same workers who were rude before my mother. I noticed that one of the employees stared at me in a mean way, but it extinguished. As someone who worked in customer service, I get that other people don't just work and I'm sure these employees have so much to do. However, I was a little stunned by the open hostility. I asked one of the employees for a business card/contact information and transmitted some of what happened to my mother's treatment. I think my mother's rude treatment was racist. Another African-American woman saw my mother from Nektar after the incident and confiscated that she had also experienced rude treatment at this Nektar La Habra site. After my mother shared her experience, the woman informed that she had hoped to manage this nectar site as she had not visited Nektar La Habra for over a year. The woman decided to come back because she tried to give this place a second chance, which is regrettable. The treatment of my mother and the treatment of this woman show that the rude behavior continues. The woman decided to leave Nektar La Habra this day without a purchase. After I left Nektar, I gave Shannon the manager a call to my mother. I really hoped that the conflict resolution and some accountability will be transferred to this call, but that was not the case. Shannon was very rude and constantly interrupted me, even when I allowed her to speak. She needed to protect her employees, even though her behaviour was clearly wrong. She finally threatened to stop the call by hanging up. My answer was that I would hang up instead of seeing how she wasn't interested in leading an adult conversation. I understand that there are two sides of ALWAYS on every story, but I wonder why the blame was put on my mother. Shannon said that her employee, Ariana, apologized twice with the answer from ?I?m sorry, I'm busy.? That's untrue. What my mother actively frustrated was not recognized when she entered Nektar and Ariana, who was not engaged with an apology, but with, I am busy. Shannon reported that she observed the recordings of the event and came to the conclusion that the length of the video was not significant. First time in this store and order on mobile app. Personal member was really nice, but another member who made my bowl did not give much care to the bowl. My bowl was not filled up and a fruit made to eat the bowl half ate. It didn't look appetizing, but it tasted great. It makes sense to fill the space of the omitted fruit with the other fruits, but that did not happen! It did not help your mobile app not have the option during the adjustment. Unfortunately, it looked worse than it tasted! I asked the nice team member how I can customize via online ordering in the app, but she didn't have much to offer except to recommend calling after the order or ordering in the store so that it could be done just as preferred. Some options in the mobile app were not available and no free form box to add additional notes. I definitely like La Habra over another store I tried with a friend regarding the consistency of the basic filling mix. I hope it's better next time and the mobile app will have flexibility in customization feature so I don't have to do to work.
The prices rose, $1.45 for a big one. I personally like the Whittier better; they are more friendly and my drink tastes better.
Checked them out. Not crowded. The have high table seating. Also couch lounging section. Out side are tables and chairs as well. Bathrooms are open. Acai bowl was just average. You'll never say my cup runth over. They have a premade section offering grab and go items. Thing's are on the pricey side. Parking is very tight around there. With several retailers and eateries close by. The lot stays full.
