Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis McDonald's is the dirtiest we have ever visited. The bathrooms were dirty, with feces on the seats and no hand soap or working hand dryers. The garbage cans were overflowing with food scraps and ketchup spilled around them. We ordered our food at the self-order kiosk, but our number was deleted from the now serving board, leaving us waiting for at least 15 minutes for cold food. It seems like the health department does not inspect this location often, and it is in desperate need of a thorough check.
I have been ordering from this McDonald's for years, and I am accustomed to long delays and having to thoroughly check my order due to the staff at Chemin Saint-Jean often forgetting items. Today, my wife went to the drive-thru and ordered three Big Mac Trios, a Quarter Pounder, and a Poutine. Unfortunately, the staff forgot to include the Poutine, did not provide the receipt, and haphazardly placed the cheese on the burgers, causing it to stick out of the boxes. This level of service is not up to the standard McDonald's Canada is known for, and it made for a disappointing customer experience. Additionally, the restaurant is consistently dirty, so we prefer not to dine in. This is unacceptable, and we will be switching to A&W on Boulevard Taschereau.
This restaurant is incredibly dirty and lacks basic hygiene standards. The staff handles food with bare hands immediately after cleaning the floor, which is unacceptable.
Every time I go to this McDonald's I always leave disappointed. The service is very slow because of understaffing, the orders are always messed up and the food is never hot. I would recommend driving a little further and going to another McDonald's to avoid...the frustration that I am sure you will be left with.
Whether you are shopping in a Wallmart or just stop by for a coffee and muffin, Mc Donald offers very good continental breakfast. Of course the ambiance is still McDo. I love the strudel too.
