"today we were at lunch that once a year in summer with Ticino specialties and apart from the bandella that played the usual mountain songs, we ate badly, pasted dishes and since we are Ticino and we know our cuisine well, we were ashamed of the dishes they proposed."

"To our surprise we found this small place full of goodness during our last stay in beautiful Sils Maria. The antipasti buffet is excellent, as are the daily specials and the a la carte dishes. The kitchen is Italian with great pasta and seafood dishes but also offers local Grischun specialties. The dishes are not flashy, but a modern take on traditional dishes. The ambiente in the small place by the fire, surrounded by wood and careful lighting is enjoyable.The wine selection is large and most wines can be bought directly from the restaurant. They have, as expected, high quality olive oil. Reservation is recommended because the place is rather small."

"Here, you will dine in a typical Engadin room with walls and ceilings lined with the aromatic wood of Cembra pine. This restaurant does not offer a wide choice à la carte, but a daily changing 4-course dinner menu that is displayed. On Saturday, August 6, 2016 that was:Summer Salad with Peach, Radish and Fresh CheeseLentil Cream Soup with a Stick of BaconKnuckle of Swiss Veal with Polenta from VeltlinSour Cream Pudding with fresh Forest BerriesTheir multilingual waiters were professional, attentive and constantly offering a supplement. This is rarely seen, and I made use of it and had two of their lentil soups. I am neither a lover of Polenta, nor of Knuckle of Veal. In addition, I was tired that evening. Despite that, I will remember an excellent Polenta and an excellent Knuckle of Veal. Whomever they have in their kitchen: this person knows his business. The dinner was a real treat and compared to others worth its price, if not a steal. Highly recommended."

"on 2.315m you do not shave daily. the house is simple, inconspicuous, very cozy inside. the hosting is warm, humorous, family, welcoming. the coffee and the cake taste, the panorama is not as great from the perspective as before and after the pass height. there are sufficient parking possibilities."
