No wifi available to use their app to order. Staff not helpful, food portions on the low side compared to other Wendys.
I placed an order through the app went to get my food and they only have food not fried. They said I can cancel I said ok they aanted me to cancel it but no way for me to do it. Basically. Was SOL. Yesterday morning I did the chat through the app. They said the franchise owner would contact me after over 24hrs I've heard nothing. I can't afford to not have my money back. I'm homeless and disabled.
There was no Wendy's do not follow very disappointing!
I just visited this establishment and have never been so disappointed . The fryer isn't working, and the Dave's double I got is disgusting. Both patties are cold and hard as hockey pucks. The cheese isn't even close to being melted on it. And I can still taste the onions that they took off of it for my order.
