Dido's Food Wine - La Romana

Elegant but casual . Great servixe the waiters are phenomenal. Food sekection could use more variation but they do have meals for kids such has hamburger and chicken fingers.

The restaurant had an review of 4.4 and I thought it could be worth visiting. The ambiance was quite nice and the server were also quite polite and I was given the food cocktail menu. The prices were quite intense however I ordered a rib eye steak with grilled vegetables and a green salad. Also I decided not for the first red wine which was offered as it tasted like vinegar but choose a Norton Malbec. Wine choice was good.I ordered my steak medium. Got delivered a well done not a rib eye steak. I refused and few minutes later the waiter brought me another. Knowing how long a steak needs you realise that this was maybe the steak they prepared for me but delivered something cheap hoping I would not complain. So this steak was actually rare and not even warm...to wrap up ..don't go there if you want a good steak or even a good espresso. Both were awful!! Ended up paying nearly 60us$ definitely not worth !!!!

The worst restaurant ever... I think there wasn’t a chef on a kitchen and all our food had made some of a guy from a street... Absolutely awful rolls, really.. it was like a trash, over cooked rice, nasty cheese... A pizza... can’t tell you how it was bad: frozen pastry, uneatable filling

I have gone to Dido’s many times but after last Saturday’s experience they won’t see me again.Service was horrible,food was served at all different times there were 11 of us. Example of a few things,before we were all seated he was asking what we wanted for apps,croutons on salads just bread not even toasted,chicken we asked for on the side not on top was given maybe one ounce,it looked like a few pieces they found,both steaks and 2 hamburgers had to be sent back they were so raw,the langosta you could of bounced off the floor it was so done and my favorite goat cheese salad which the cheese is suppose to be warm was ice cold, and the last meal which was mushroom and chicken pasta was served when everyone was all done moving their food around, we all had to eat snacks when we got home.

Excellent place to dinner. kellner (armando ) did an excellent customer service. the food was great! highly recommended!
