An excellent establishment held by enthusiasts. They will share with you their love of good foods, regional producers, and wines. The service, like the setting and the reception, is soft and warm.
Particular situation: left for family funerals in Savoy on the day while we were in La Salle, I decided to dine at La Manouille with my little family when I returned to change my ideas. I get rinsed on the spot but what a good idea! Warm welcome, very beautiful Cave (the Vacqueras was top), friendly service, cosy setting and generous dishes. Anyway, 22 years in Serre-Chevalier without going through this restaurant, a mistake? Not a nice surprise. Thank you!
