The Island Bar & Grill - La Vista

This place is horrible. I went in with a few friends and it appeared there was a small dart league in progress. We were the OLNY table eating and it seems we weren't important. The music was extremely loud for how early it was, you could hardly hear a conversation. The food was forgettable. The only part that's memorable is the Burnt toast on the sandwiches. That's an easy fix, why would you send it out to a table?! The regular drunks we obnoxious at the bar and repeadly were taking shots with the owners. The server was horrible, kept running away from the table before everyone got an order in. When it was time to pay, I had to go up to the bar because we waited and waited for the server to come back and she never did. I found her sitting at the bar. To say the least, this place is horrible! There was not a single pleasant thing to say about it.

Stay off this island!. Place is a dump and food is bad. pizza crust was a fing flour tortilla for crying out loud!

This place is terrible. That's the least. really bad service and bad eating. waited more than an hour for our food. the half of our table was done before the others got their food. we had a party of about 12. just a waitress. instead of ordering drinks for the whole table, she would get a person who order after she was flying her down and then running away. never back. the owner sat on his back in the bar and believes that this is a good way to run a business. that was terrible. the atmosphere terrible. not be deceived by photos on the line. will never return.
