I've never seen so many people who care so little about what they do. This last trip we didn't even know when we entered the store and the conversation with... can you help us? As the employee just stood there, his eyes are as if he was lost. We ordered online and had to wait another 10 minutes at the completion time. We own a sedan company and our very busy and unconventional hours destroy any possibility of a dining routine, so we have a few times a week Little Caesars. I think after the last visits we have to contact another provider.
Im seriously having a problem with this store. Last week i was charged for an extra pizza i didnt order or receive! Now this week already problems. I work right down the road so most times this is my go to lunch spot. Today i called in my order ahead of time. 10 minutes before my lunch even started! I was there waiting for my food my entire lunch break! And they still messed up my order! Its unbelievable. I understand yall were training someone but for the veteran in the store to not even try to help, just sat back watched the poor boy drown! If this is how yall show excellent customer service im here to say, do better!
I?m all for training new people bbuuutttt don?t throw them out to the wolves and not help them! I ordered my food at 10:55am. I was told 10-15 minutes, ok cool. I get there my food isn?t ready and I spent 45 minutes, MY ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK, waiting because no one wanted to come from the back and help the new worker!!
I haven't to Little Caesars in years. I went in and grabbed the Hot and Ready pepperoni. It's still around $5 like I remembered years ago. This was a good location. Beside Piggly Wiggly, in the shopping center. It has reserved parking spaces right up front to run in! I liked the pizza. A little bit of oil on top, but what pizza doesn't have that?!
I forgot what I ordered, but I know it was listed on the hot ready menu board on the thru drive, but not told on Hot Ready. So we had to wait about 15 minutes.
