Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe food was okay. The service could have been better. A friend or an employee did not come to work, but to eat. The management staff stopped what they did and jumped over each other to help and do for this person. When that happened, I made my order. When I came home to eat my order was wrong. The person had a right to be there, but I was over and didn't feel it was important to me. It could have been much better.
The food was good. They quickly got us our food, even though they were very busy.
This restaurant needs new management!!! 5 cars in front of us and we were in use for at least 20 minutes. All the other Chick-fil-A-restaurants I've ever had would have been through us in half the time with twice as many in the drive thru line.
I was a former employee at the Blacklake 192 Chick-fil-A and was very disappointed by this place. I had a simple order (Salat, Xtra cheese and tomatoes) and the lady said that she could not give me xtra tomato, even if I had paid, so I had to lay down and cut tomatoes. When I got the salad there was no additional cheese (there was no red flag sticker and was less than average cheese) The line was ridiculously long (19 minutes) and the guy in the window was less friendly than I felt like he didn't care to have a conversation with me as I sat in the window for good 5 minutes... I am not a Karen, but I really love working for the company and was there for 5 years and was only disappointed by this location / service.
5 star service just because y'all were in a rush this morning and handled it really well. I got my food fast! Always polite too! Love coming back to this location!
