Bru Burger Lafayette

They have vegan cheese, vegan mayo, vegan bungalows and impossible burgers. there are tons of veggie burger options and their salads are also amazing! I hate salate, but her valencia salat is fantastic.

Her quinoa salad is amazing! comes with fried quinoa balls and hummus w fresh greens, it was really delicious!

It is nice to see that lafayette has more and more vegan options, but it can be a little confusing. the menu is clearly marked with (wg) for vegetarian options, but all vegetarian options are not vegan, even with substitutions. they have a garbanzo and mushroom veggie burger (inscribed vegetarian, not vegan), a black bohnenburger (inscribed vegetarian, not vegan), impossible burger (vegan, not always on camp), and a grilled Portobello sandwich (vegan, as long as the bungalow is excavated after the waiter). the first time I went there was the opening week, and the personal thought that the Garbanzo/Mushroom wasn't vegan, just because of the mayo that came with it. Apparently, the mixture is not vegan itself, because they add their beer that is not vegan.

They are currently out of Impossible Burgers and don't know when they will be available again. The vegetarian burgers can't be made vegan. Only 1 vegan option, a tasty quinoa salad.

We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and sat right away. the waitress made a great work, but it took an extraordinary amount of time to get our food (3 burgers and sides.) I think a restaurant specializing in burgers should be able to turn them around quite quickly. the prices were high for burger and pommes, but the burgers were very good.
