Domino's Pizza - Lagos

The customer service was so bad plus the lack of working ACs or fan and the time wastage. I had to leave without my order. I was so angry because I really wanted the stuffed cheese bread and suya chicken.

As usual, nice place to hangout with friends. Nice pizza....the usual...you get my point

While this place allows you to order ahead for pick up online, they didn 't start making the order until I got there. They did that for two consecutive orders over two consecutive days. That 's below basic standard service required of a business like this. When I raised that concern, I get I don 't know, I am just resuming o from the worker on duty.

This is a scam unit i placed and paid for an order twice and was told the initial money would be refunded and up till now neither did I receive my order nor my money refunded and just now i was told to make another payment………. I was given an account number and the name of the account is dominos pizza…..please i advice people out there not to also be a victim of these fraudulent people

This Domino outlet prolly is the worst of their outlet, please, correct me if I'm wrong. Share your experience if it can get worse. Twice this has happened. I placed an order online and chose to pay in store as I wanted to pay cash. I arrived to pick up 45mins later because I was held up in a store, another story, to be told that the order was not prepared because they couldn't reach me on the phone to confirm my order. WT*? So I was asked to sit down and wait for the order. What is the point of ordering online only to go wait for snothe 20mins to pick up the order.
