Very good idea that we had lunch in this hostel located in the beautiful small village of Cassuéjouls! We enjoyed everything: the old barn, tastefully decorated, the well-cooked local dishes, the generous quantities and, of course, the welcome of Colette full of training and energy!!

Excellent reception, local cuisine including walnut pie and roquefort, wee pie, beef pavers, aligot and truffle, very good cellar and advice from Colette!

A welcoming lady, a typical local kitchen with good meat. Very good place to recommend. We will return with great pleasure.
