Cafe Neff - Laguna Niguel

Super delicious food! Plumen Cafe has a wide range of food and drinks for break or lunch! Prices are reasonable! Many outdoor seating. Many help themselves to go boxes and spices available! Comfortable toilets. I went on Friday at noon about the line wasn't too long. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves food!

May 2022 Sitting on Saturday at 1030 am! They are directed to order, they give you a number, and you sit at any available table. The line went pretty fast! Food/Price French Toast Chocolate Lava $11.50) and Katsu wafer $12). Super reasonable prices for portion size and giumminess!!! I'd like the waffle to be more crisp, but it was still good. Service/Ambiance Very attentive and friendly! The weather was perfect for eating out! They also have interior seats. Am I back? If I'm ever in the area again, yes!

My friend took me here for breakfast as a treat for my birthday, and I am so happy she did!!! The food was amazing in the staff is incredibly beautiful!!!! I have a heavy intolerance towards milk, and when I asked them if they could make sure that there is no milk or butter and the preparation of my omelet and potatoes, they were super nice about it. They were very thorough to ensure that everything was prepared in oil instead of margarine. The omelet was absolutely amazing and at a great price, and I'll be back here for breakfast soon. I was there at nine and there was no line at all. When I left at 10:30, there was a huge line out of the door!! I would recommend getting it early for the best service :

I had the Applewood 2 egg breakfast. Eggs cooked perfectly. The potatoes were crispy as desired. The best thing about the meal was still hot and not greasy. The other person had the protein shrimp omelet with garlic aoli. He also said it was amazing. We will come back soon to breakfast Burrito and the Avocado Toast

Great breakfast and lunch menu, diner style. Hawaiian inspired. Very good and fast. Neat location inside shopping center dedicated for homes interiors and design. Nice indoor and outdoors seating. Good prices as well.
