Buffalo Wild Wings - Lake Charles

The good: eating tastes fantastic! the bad: personal, excessive waiting times for everything from the order to get their bill from the waitress. After we had received the ticket, we waited 20min for it to come back and the payment processed. management was nowhere to find inacceptable buffalo wild wings.

VERY GOOD BURGER Awesome location, great curb appeal, and a beautiful sports bar. I've eaten at this location several times in the past and the service and food has always been good. The service was good, but a little on the slower side. I love my wings, but tonight I decided to try the burger because they look so good on the website. I was very hesitant about ordering a burger from a restaurant specializing in wings and with wings in the name, but I'm glad I did. The ALL-AMERICAN CHEESEBURGER was very good and exceeded my expectations. I ordered: All American Cheeseburger (double patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, mayo, and onions) for $11.29. It comes with fries, but I upgraded to tots for $1.00 more The burger looked and tasted like an old fashioned fully dressed burger. Although it was perfectly cooked, carefully assembled, and served hot and fresh, it could have been seasoned with a little more sea salt and black pepper to my liking. The tots were also hot and very good. They give you a lot of tots. The double patty burger and tots will fill you up.

If you like 45+ minute wait times on food with a half full restaurant only to get cold food and an inattentive wait staff then this is the place for you! This review is based on the last three visits with separate waitresses. All the same results. Don't waste your time. Just buy some Tyson nuggets from the freezer section at your local grocery store.

Help is limited in all areas... our food order took an hour to receive, and once delivered two of the three dishes were cold. We had to ask numerous times for drinks to be refilled. Also, about 1/3 of the TVs were frozen and did not display any games. The manager was busing tables, and was clueless to the operations of his restaurant... seemed like he was trying to avoid dissatisfied customers. This place is a closure waiting to happen.
