Lagunas Mexican Grill Cantina

Atmosphere is everything! The food was good. I ordered the Quesadilla, he ordered the Enchiladas. We went for the 2 for 1 Margaritas. I had the frozen watermelon ?. No salt no sugar. He had the mango . The drinks were good as well.However, the attitude of the server was a refreshing experience.I posted a picture of the view I had of the lake. I also posted a picture of the I-10 bridge...If you are heading east, and looking for a peaceful place relax while you eat, next exit.

The salsa was good. Chips were good... Ground beef Quesadilla was decent could have been seasoned a little better. Vegetables were horrible their was no seasoning at all and they were inconsistent as far as being cook well. Wish I would have substituted vegetables for something else... Overall it was good I would go again but not my first choice.

This place had some great food. My wife had the quesadilla, and I had the three tacos with rice and beans. Also, the draft beer was ice cold and delicious. Highly recommend!

The place is good, our server was awesome. It's just the food, the rice was bland, the tacos were lacking seasoning. And the salsa was basically marinara , tasted like tomatoes. And don't get me started with the restrooms, they smelt like wet mop. And if you want authentic Mexican food don't come here. Your better of eating the crayfish around here,that is much better that this mush???

Came in on a Saturday night and they were very busy. We were seated right away but had to wait a while for our drink orders to come (they got forgotten and had to be remade). Service got better as it got later and less crowded.Food was pretty good, lots of typical Tex-mex style offerings.Food: 5/5
