Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis is by far the worst location in Tim Hortons. The service is incredibly slow and the job accuracy is pretty bad. What Chrissy on the speaker through on the drive, you need to stop calling any baby. Last time I checked you worked at a coffee house, not at a conversation. Show some professionalism.
It says a lot about the quality of a Tim Horton when I live 2 minutes away from it, but never want to go there or if I do, I'm always disappointed. Not every employee is bad, nor should they be accused. I do not see any evidence for the management in this place, no one who takes the lead, people badly trained and unable to maintain a reasonable amount of staff to keep the most basic service for what should be considered as fast food, but between the orders wrong and the waiting time longer than a restaurant when you go in . In addition, I see the burned expression on every employee’s face as they struggle to fulfill the demand of the company, so thanking
We actually made the effort to get out of the car and go in to the restaurant: evidently this is a mistake. Stood at the counter while the three or four staff worked the drive thru window, occasionally glancing in my direction, but still no contact. Counted twelve vehicles go past drive thru window, still being ignored. Was joined by other customers, still nothing. Had an older person in Tim’s attire come in from outside and assured us that they would be with us in a sec. Five minutes later I loudly asked if we have to go to drive thru to order anything and was told “I’ll be right with you”. Stood there again for a few minutes, and gave up and left. Have the decency to lock the doors if you don’t want walk ins.
I dont know why, but their stuff is always dry to rock hard, we have had this happen with bagels biscuits and donuts here. Im not sure if there being left out to long of what but 4 in 5 visits we get stale stuff, now we barely go anymore because of it.
The young woman with frackles and young man with a beard was incredibly helpful and friendly. The POS machine was funny and they were quite apologetic and we try their best to find out. They made me feel like I was an estimated customer. But the older woman, who worked through the drive, worried her for everything. She even started annoying herself with the young man to check if we had our coffee. She did her and said nothing. What a miserable woman, she should not work in customer service. Her treatment of her employees ruined my morning.
