Urban Cafe - Lake Grove

Issa one and done for us. The toddler area is over run by big kids who bulldoze the babies and toddlers. Slides all smell like urine and then so did our pants and car seat on way home. I honestly don 't know what the hype of the place is.

The one in Long Island is really nice a lot to do . I took my son here for a little birthday activity with his friends and family it was nice

SOMEONE IN HERE HAS STICKY FINGERS No one else who works here cares! I understand these places hire young kids, high school and early college age, but what annoys me the most is the adult manager who seems to be too chummy with them. (Side eye)My child went on a camp trip, and couldn't find her phone. The counselor called before they left and put me on alert. (Keep in mind my daughter didn't lose it, someone swiped it)Now tracking the iPhone through my app I see the phone is moving around in the facility. Spanning the entire building, but never going into the furniture side that shares the physical building , 3 hours later when off work my husband And I head to the adventure park to attempt to retrieve the phone. When we arrived the phone was stationary located in the employee locker area. How do I know you ask? The tracking locator on her phone was in that locker area which off to the side isolated. We asked the manager for assistance he said he'll ask around and call us. Never did. Anyway who ever took the phone turned it off the minute we left. Her location was no longer active at 5:35 pm. I requested an alert for when the phone turned back on and when it did it. turned back on in Nesconset on Nicohls road.

Great place for the kids and family. My son had an amazing birthday ? we love this place.

Great place for kids to have a good time. Zip line, rock climbing, bumper car, trampoline. Great package deals if the kids don't want to try all the activities.
