Avaliação da contribuiçãoSame problems with two separate locations. first I ordered the honey-walnut carb with fried rice. shrimp was great, not in the position to eat the rice because it was dreadfully boiled. the rice was actually crispy and had no taste at all. at the next visit I decided to try something else, so I ordered the beef broccoli with white rice again very disappointed. the bark was hard, the brokkoli was undercooked and the rice was also undercooked in this dish. I give up because it is obvious that there are no considerations about the quality of food on this place!
No dine in options available, you have to go in between lunch or dinner rushes to not wait 30 minutes in the drive through line, and most of the time they are out of 30-40% of their menu.I went 15 minutes after they opened this week and was verbally told they wouldn't open for another hour due to people not showing up to work. Par for the course unfortunately for most fast food places.Don't waste your time here, just get Chinese food from an actual Chinese restaurant
Worse panda in the opposite. I had more bad experiences here than any other location. sad is that I worked for panda for almost four years. this place never has a complete menu available. there is always a long waiting time for the running gear that it is never open inside and they have the worst team service here.
That was great. the service was good and the food was fresh. but I have a complaint. I asked about a bag of skittles and they said they didn't sell them. that made me angry when I went on walmart on the road and she bought, why didn't panda sell her?
Franchise owners really need education. are not surprised if they cannot order what they want. they say they are understated, but they observe how their employees eat in their closed dining room. they say they are understaffed so they are not on a stack menu item while no one in the drive thru. it's a sweat.
