Pizza Hut - Lakefield

I heard her name shela i think made my pizza horrible it was very horribly cut and the toppings fell off in the box she was very huffy and puffy and was slamming the till well checking me out and ran to the back as soon as our transaction ended she also did not put the sauce in my box like she said she did and did not refund me terrible customer service normally everyone in there is super nice but i’ve e never had a good experience with her

The staff here are terrific! Had lunch here with my FIL and it was a great experience.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Lakefield Pizza Hut. I placed my order online, which was fine. When my sister and I came into the store we were put on ignore. Other people came in after us and were helped before us. When we were finally helped my pizza was wrong. I had ordered the Beyond Meat Pizza and there was no Beyond Meat on it. I let the CSR know that my order was wrong, she went to the back to get someone. I don't know who it was that came to talk with me, but they approached me in a hostile manner, they were already mad with me without even talking to me. She asked me in a very rude uncaring tone what the problem was. I let her know that the Beyond Meat was missing. Her response was that they were out of the Beyond Meat and that she had called and talked to me and that I had said that I was fine without the Beyond Meat on it. I told her I didn't speak with anyone. She then got very mad and irritated with me and said well what do you want me to do about it, we are out of the Beyond Meat. She made huffing sounds, put her hands on the counter and made irritated faces at me. It left me panicked and I wasn't sure what to say. Then she rudely said I can throw another topping on or make another pizza. At this point I did not trust this person to make my food. I made the decision to take my food as it was and left. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received.

Tried the Melts, chicken bacon and meat lovers. Good food but not 5 Star, a friendly fellow took our order made it a nice experience.

I used to order often from Pizza Hut in Lakefield before retiring, always good. Last night, after a long drive, we were too tired to cook. We ordered a small Supreme pizza and a small order of mild wings, supposed to be 8 wings. We did not realize that small meant small. We received 7 wings. My husband commented that they looked like they were sparrow wings. That's how small they were! And, we were shorted. The wings were soaked in an huge amount of drippy orange sauce, totally unappetizing.The pizza fared very slightly better. The toppings were generous in the middle but they did not reach the edge of the crust . But the crust was doughy and glutinous. It was under cooked.I expect much better from any take out order. I did not and will not complain to the manager of the store. We will simply not order from there again. It was a simple order, which could've easily be filled without problems. Attention to details!
