Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis place is incredible. Very close to the European style pastries. Make sure to order (days) before everything is sold from the day. Pastries, cakes, sandwiches, breads, drinks... Somehow everything is delicious and well done. A little expensive, but the pastries are not easy to make and it is worth every penny. Don't miss B
Great place! My husband and I just moved from the Tampa area to the area, and my family traveled over it. I tried the Berry White Cruffin and my husband tried the Apple Fritter Cruffin. Both were fantastic. We came in in less than 10 minutes and went to a nearby lake to eat. So much fun!!
For 1st time visitors getting in can be confusing since the entrance/order pick up is at the back of the building. The food/sweets are worth the trouble and wait time. Prices are fair for specialty items. Food is a 10 and definitely try the coffee. Had the horchata and it was amazing
What a great concept! As of the time of this writing, Born and Break in Lakeland, FL only opens on Wednesday for lunch and dinner, and on Saturday for breakfast. We’ve gone multiple times for both days and have gotten several things on their ever-changing menu and loved it all. This place is essentially a bread and pastry supplier in the Lakeland and central FL area, so their breads and pastries are the focal point for all their menu items. We’ve had the meatball sandwich, the Muffeletta, several breakfast sandwiches, and at least a half-dozen types of pastries. All of them have been great! We’ve pre-ordered online most of time to ensure we get the menu items we want as things do sell out pretty quickly if you just show up and order. When we do eat in, the outdoor atmosphere (there is no inside seating) is really cool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience great food centered around their fresh-baked breads and pastries.
Thank the Lord this place is closed on Sundays because the quality of every single thing on the menu will take you straight to church singing alleluia, praise God for these blessed croissants and goodness straight down from heaven! But seriously, this is one of the most amazing places you didn't realize you needed in your life if you're not from here! It's slightly a hidden gem in Lakeland but if you're a local this is actually more of a IYKYK place. Only open on Saturday mornings and now on Wednesdays, pre-ordering your items are the way to go for pick up, and then go take a walk at one of the surrounding lakes near by. Best way to spend a morning!
