Five Guys - Lakeland

Burgers were soggy, shakes were suppe, my big Cajun-Fries were regular fries. worst experience ever and a waste of $86.00 do not recommend

Don't go to five guys the burger taste horrible for the price and McDonald's taste better and is way cheaper I paid 20 for two single poor burger

KLeesia greeted us and took our order. She was such a nice lady. The food is great. Restaurant was clean.Five stars!!

So this place... the staff is great, but seems understated. 2 people on a Saturday night don't seem right. And given the amount of cars and customers there at the time, I hope that these workers will be paid at least extra for being underoccupied. This is said these guys were KILLING IT! They focused on trade in jobs to do the job. And were generally friendly enough while they were so focused on eating. Service 10/10 I wish that men and women work more help.

Terrible service, I waited for 30 minutes for a shake I never received while 10 others were served after me. I asked to cancel my order without apology and a non-chalante attitude from the manager. Will not return.
