Mcdonald's - Lakeland

Atmosphere was odd. First McDonald's I think I've ever seen without the drink fountain in the dining room. Had to ask for refills.

Staff is friendly but This is the 3 out of 3 time I’ve been disappointed by stale fries and a barely warm double cheeseburger. Watch the timer you guys :

Decide to get a mcrib which is really the only reason I go to mcdonalds. Asked to wait in drive thru while 3 other cars pass in the other lane... then asked to park only to be given the wrong order. I asked the lady twice no pickles or onions, and the one handing my food was mad I asked her to wait just a second to check it, had to yell as she was running back. McDonalds; I know your niche is cheap and fast food, but please invest just a little more in your quality of service.

During the night shift this restaurant is horrible. Trash is over flown there's trash on the floor. The manager seemed like she had poor hygiene....God forgive me but I have to be honest. .. their drinks are hot....idk about y'all but I like COLD coke! Don't get me started with the fries they are cold!

Tried this McDonald’s a couple of times. And the food is never fresh or hot. It looks like it’s been sitting there for a while. It’s worth driving somewhere else.
