Niko Sushi - Lakeshore

I just had dinner here while traveling for work. I'm in the Windsor region regularly. I have two things to say: 1. The sushi sashimi is the best I have had in the Windsor region, and it's not like it's easy to get amazing fish here. I eat a lot of sushi, and while not in my top few spots overall (I've eaten at dozens and dozens of Japanese restaurants , this restaurant still is high quality and reasonably priced. I will be back here for sure in the future. 2. The server was prompt, very professional, and polite.

Never stepping foot here ever again! One roll tasted off, maybe the avo wasn't fresh . I asked to get it removed off the bill and manager literally came to our table full of rage and attitude and screamed at us, saying food IS fresh why did you eat 2 pieces then? Umm lady, Because there was 2 of us and we both tried it?! Like Relax we are not trash talking your food just asked kindly if it was possible to remove off the bill and if not then its okay. It is absolutely unacceptable to speak to a paying customer in that manner as the food industry 100% relys on customer service.. and they have NONE here. Apparently the manager is the owner of niko sushi branches. Yah you just lost 2 customers.

We ordered the California roll here and it tasted off and had a weird aftertaste so we were unable to eat. When we let the waitress know the manager lady came to our table and started screaming at us. She seemed ready to fight.. I’m shocked at the customer service here. I will definitely not be stepping foot in this location again. I have never been treated this way as a customer in my entire life. She doesn’t seem to care about customers and that is the most important thing in this business. Please think again before deciding to come here.

First time here and the food was great. We had a little bit of everything. Our server Zoe provided great service to our large group and everything went smoothly. Nice place and atmosphere.

Excellent! Great flavours and the presentation is fantastic. This is our favorite sushi restaurant in Windsor Essex county! Usually busy on a weekend but we've never had to wait for a table. *Ordered take out this time. Presentation was still great, everything held together and was sooo good! Service: Dine in
