Jin Sushi - Lakewood

I inquired about the type of oil used due to allergy concerns, but the staff refused to provide this information. While all the food was excellent, one member of our party couldn’t eat anything because we were not given details about the ingredients. This was very disappointing. Additionally, I had to call to confirm whether there was mayonnaise in the crab meat, which there is. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. We spent $130 and received poor service. If I’m not mistaken, it’s illegal for restaurants to withhold information about the ingredients and cooking methods used.

This was an impromptu stop for us. We arrived right before 9:00 PM and called ahead to confirm they closed at 10:00 PM; I’m so glad we did because they take their last food orders at 9:00 PM. We were able to order some sushi rolls, and when we arrived just 10 minutes later, our food and table were ready. The food was absolutely delicious! The sake was hot and smooth too! We will definitely be returning, but probably not quite so late next time.

It felt like a scam! They don't provide a drink menu, so you have no idea that tea comes with a price. When I asked why they don't mention the drink menu or warn you about the tea charge upfront, they responded quite rudely, saying that I should have known. As for the food, it was very average, and the appetizers were particularly unappetizing. Overall, I won't be returning!

The food here is absolutely amazing! They serve the best veggie roll and avocado roll I've ever tasted. Their tempura banana with ice cream is simply delightful. We enjoyed it so much that we visited twice in just one week after finding this gem!

This is one of, if not the best sushi places I've ever visited. All of the fish was incredibly fresh and tender, bursting with flavor. I will definitely be returning!
