Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis is a rare gem of a place, get ready to step into Korea. The decor is super cute. Amazing food, and service. Be sure to get the seasoned chicken. Whole or half order, with some Hite beer served in a frosty mug, and it comes with many little side dishes, don't forget the kimchi. I love this place, I took my mom there and she loved it too. Also very reasonably priced.
The food and authenticity at this restaurant are top-notch. You’ll find genuine Korean cuisine that's hard to come by in Washington. We tried the kimchi pancakes, fried chicken (both styles), squid stir-fry, and rice wine, and everything was incredibly delicious. The rice wine is served in a kettle that Korean farmers traditionally used. The service is generally what you would expect; once the food is served, they mostly leave you alone, so if you need anything, you'll have to seek out the staff.
Yang Yum Chicken: very delicious! I ordered it with extra spiciness and it had a great flavor along with a fun level of heat. It came with essential Korean side dishes and the portions were generous. I will definitely be back for more!
Always a great option for late-night snacks! However, it can get pricey if you're not careful, even without drinks. We typically end up spending around $60 plus tip for the Half/Half Chicken, fried rice, and an extra side. They do have karaoke, but it seems to be mostly for Korean speakers, so don’t rely on that. But definitely count on them for delicious food after a night out! The chicken gizzards are a special delight! Aside from that, the owners are very friendly.
It was my first experience with Korean cuisine, and I absolutely loved it! We will definitely be returning!
