It was a very fun, messy experience ?If you have people in your group that don't enjoy spicy food. Even the mild Cajun will likely be too spicy.We learned this first hand.

Some places are just a hit and others miss the mark. Unfortunately for us The Yabby Hut just wasn 't all that . Part of our not liking it was poor service and part was a meal that was very meh .The service, we were sat and then our server forgot about us for awhile. When we finally ordered and received our meal she didn 't come back once to ask how things were and didn 't come back to refill drinks a single time throughout our meal. We didn 't order rice as a side and received received it. We did order bread as a side and had to ask for it.I 'm very cool with the messiness of the crab boil experience. The boil came in a sad little bag with small crab legs, chewy shrimp and that overcooked, overall meh experience.The place does look fun and if you 're there with a group having a few with dinner then it 's probably a great stop. That wasn 't why we were there and just weren 't all that impressed with how we spent this hundred bucks.

I usually go to the Lakewood location down south. Best place ever for my cravings. Well because we were in that new area in told hubby let's give it a try. So keep in mind that my hubby does not like seafood at all so assuming the other restaurant they would have chicken tenders. But at this place they had wings. Let's also talk about a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I've never seen such thing. Well those wings were so unappetizing that I felt horrible. I ordered shrimp and a lobster. The shrimp were still uncooked I thought I was going crazy for a moment but aa soon as I opened the lobster it literally grossed me out. Uncooked slimy unedible. I had to say something because I really wanted to enjoy my lobster. Well meatless to say we will not be going there after today. Oh and let's not forget not giving you a lid for your cup. You have to grab it.

Great food, love the service. I'm from Louisiana, and it is nice to have a business close that serves Cajun food.
