Nice atmosphere, excellent service, all dishes are fantastic!!! All staff is very friendly and kind.We were very satisfied for our brunch.Thank you so much for your warm service. I appreciated to chef Julian and manager Ted.I highly recommended this restaurant.
Great dining experience! Love the idea of putting Japanese and French styles together on the plate. And the marshmallow cocktail is lovely too! :
Unlike other HK restaurants, UPB people are moving fast, gentle, super kind, detailed, overall- they are professional ! Foods were fantastic, quite decent, not too strong, not salty. I 'd definitely come back again.
Great Duck Foie Gras with the Roc d'Anglade Rouge 2011, it actually opens up the wine. The tasty cheese with Chene Bleu Aliot 2011 is also my favourite. Great Pairing! Well done!
