The team here is amazing! friendly, ruthless and unhappy! lovelle and hamza were the absolutely best and smile on my face I will be sure to come back every time I get a train thank you for having made my day, youngs!

I took an incident on the way to the train. Tuna/Cumber baguette was really good. baguette tasted fresh and the filling was a decent portion. blueberry muffin was moist, but unfortunately the center was quite empty. the personal was friendly.

Prepared Food is always good in these places but the staff here seemed more interested in talking about their manager than serving the 3 customers in the shop. Pointed out that we’d been waiting a while and were now late for our train and just received an attitude in return. Ran for train. Just made it. Opened coffee to find it was a weak black coffee NOT the ordered cappuccino. Pointless going to places like this if you value your time and competent baristas. AVOID UNTILL THEIR MANAGER SORTS OUT THE STAFF.

My all time favourite in London . Starting from their Berries , the Protein boxes , the chicken cream cheese arugula salad , to their croissants , toasties and soup ! So delectable

Exceptional customer service from everyone at Pret A Manger Waterloo station, all staff work exceptionally hard serving customers continuously. I go back regularly with my subscription and always greeted with a smile and first class service. I would recommend that all staff are considered for bonus. Today I was served by Gosia and exhibited exemplary customer service.
