Horse Inn - Lancaster

I wish I could rate this phenomenal restaurant with more than five stars. All employees were professional and the host welcomed us with names. They even gave us a map with our printed names to wish us a Happy 10 Year Anniversary. The food was spectacular and drinks were great! It was a nice quiet atmosphere. Portions were also great! The pictures don't do justice. We don't regret celebrating there! We're definitely going back.

This was the first time my husband was in Belvedere. He wanted to go. I chose reservations for his birthday. The food, service, ambience were great! I asked about one of the Igloos on the roof so we could have a more private environment. (There is a $25 fee for this request) I made our reservations a week before the time. I would recommend not book a week later if you would like to get a place on the weekend. When I called, there were only two time slots and I can't imagine January being a particularly busy time of the year. Next time, I'll call two weeks in advance to ensure the time I want. A few small things that they forgot our cutlery and napkins were even served long after appetizers. My place wasn't clean when I pulled out my chair to sit when I arrived, and not just a few crumbs. Not what I would expect from a place I consider to be fine food, but certainly not enough to keep me from going back or not recommend this facility to friends. Another 5 star evening! The server was fantastic to recommend things from the menu, the personal birthday card was a very nice note, drinks were right price, and the portions were big. We will definitely visit again and hopefully save space for dessert.

Jimmy was amazing, kept my husband and I entertained while we took our time with each course. The sliders were different and delicious. I got the salmon, the flavors were great and just a tad spiced. My husband got the surf and the lawn Mac and the cheese and loved him. We finished the night with cappuccinos and the flourless chocolate cake, very rich, smooth, and loved the crunch from the angular peanuts! We will be safe

We really enjoyed the Cesar salad, the Belvie bread, scallops and short ribs. The short ribs fell directly from the bone and were very delicate. We had the lemon cake for dessert and it was just okay. The service was okay. But a server assistant named Will was very attentive. And also very efficient when we remove a container, replacement cutlery and dirt plates. This young man is a fortune for Belvedere. He'll make an excellent waiter at some point.

The Belvedere Inn restaurant was recommended by some friends. This place has a wonderful ambience and delicious food. Our person, Jimmy, was great, he was attentive, and shared some humor as well. I had the house special, which was the steak, mash potatoes, and squash absolutely delicious. There was also some live Jazz playing loved it. We were treated very well. Thank you for the experience. We will definitely be back
