Jackies Cafe - Lancaster

I wanted to have breakfast with my wife and child, and after being seated, we received our menus from a staff member who didn’t greet us or smile. The same lack of warmth continued when our server arrived. The food was just average—nothing special at all. I didn’t see the owner unless she was the woman sitting in a corner, who also didn’t smile or engage with anyone. The waitress referred to her as "mama." Overall, the experience was okay, but I wouldn't return if I were looking for something special.

The service was terrible. We waited for 30 minutes without anyone taking our order while our server sat at the bar eating and watching us.

This is a fantastic and popular restaurant that I visit every time I'm in the area. It's conveniently located on the corner of L and 10th West. Everything on the menu is excellent! It's definitely one of my favorites!

Eating was bland and fat. oily French toast and burrito was so bland and greasy! service was not nice or welcoming. prices did not correspond to the quality of food. overpriced for so bad eating.

My family loves to come here for breakfast for many years . They have the best breakfast burrito! We like the chicken and or vegetable papas too. It has a nice cozy atmosphere.
