Avaliação da contribuiçãoThere was rax everywhere when I was a child. that must be one of the last. they were much better than arby. I was sad they all left. I just wanted to visit a friend of mine, and he suggested we go here. I was excited to have her food after 20 years. I'm sorry I was disappointed. the sandwich was not even hot enough to melt the cheese and there was hardly any mushrooms on it. the mushroom-melt sandwich was my favorite of them earlier. not so much. no wonder that they have gone away from the dinosaur.
The customer service is not available. they do not check the commands. we had ordered before the door bag and got the completely wrong order. they are lucky that we have no food allergies, because they gave us a mushroom melt instead of a royal rax. we called the load and whoever we spoke was completely unprofessional. the customer service tries to fix the problem instead of blowing it off. the guy we talked to could take care of less and only talk out. nothing has been fixed and I hope they get it together.
One of the few places left of this franchise. I love the childhood memories and the food is great (just like when I was a kid Building is a little outdated but the staff and food make up for it.
Better than Arby's no question. Rax regular roast beef sandwich tastes better, has more meat than Arby's, and cost's 12% less (Rax 2 for 10, Arby's 2 for $12). Rax is 5-minutes further away for me, but still my choice.
Rax was the way to almost food as a child. sadly, they were mostly shut down and squaded by the far-sloping arby’s. close to lancaster I went to check them and relive the Rax experience. it still stops, just like I remember. I wish they were still in my hometown.
