Dunkin' - Lansdale

Inside convenience store, kind of dirty, no drive thru.

Was buying from here regularly, almost daily, out of convenience, and would just silently take the rude and miserable customer service. Not anymore. Will drive further out to a different Dunkin, or Wawa from up the street so that I won't have to encounter such rude workers anymore.

Horrible customer service! Their app also is not user friendly. Much better places to get coffee from. The wawa across the street has much nicer people working!!

Friendly staff always try the best and if there’s a problem they will always correct it. They make the best out of the food dunkin has.
