My family and I were visiting from out of town and decided to try Tim Horton's since we'd heard so many good things about it from our Canadian friends. We went through the drive thru twice and were disappointed both times. Both times the employees working the drive thru were not pleasant. Maybe it's too much to ask but I like to be greeted before being demanded to give an order. The first experience involved the store not only forgetting to give me the two donuts I ordered, but also giving me the incorrect type of bagel. My family and I decided that experience was just a fluke and wanted to give this place another chance. That was a mistake. The second trip was on our way out of town. We stopped here at 5:30am (so the place had been open for half an hour), and once again attempted to order the fabled donuts that had so far eluded our grasp. The girl working the drive thru curtly informed us that their ovens were not on (and apparently she was unable to remedy this) and so we would not be getting any donuts. No apology, no discount, no special offer, and NO DONUTS. I'm not sure if this specific location has some sort of vendetta against me and my folks but we will not be visiting again.

After a second trip through the drive-thru they still couldn't get 2 Irish Cream cold brews, both double-double right. Didn't waste time for a 3rd try

Coffee ... Tims 4*4 most mornings .. bagels are delicious ?
