Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe took 4 course menu with wine pairing and hard to find everything to complain. Everything was just great and we took white fish (kuha) as the main course as it is local (I think more local than a lamb).
A small family-run restaurant, in a cozy old wooden house, with very nice and service-oriented employees! We were a small group of ten people who participated in a funeral ceremony in the nearby church of Ortodox Pokrovan (in Linnuitos area) and then a memorial with excellent dinner in the Ravintola Wolkoff, including the priest who holds the funeral ceremony. We recommend the restaurant that is visited by other visitors!
This restaurant is number one in Lappeenranta for one reason. The Finnish food offered here is very tasty and seasoned with a very different taste. The interior is very beautiful, detaches you from the outside world only in seconds. Staff are very friendly and friendly. They offered us free starters Pumpkin Soup as it was our first visit. The pumpkin soup is actually a kind of ice cream, mixed with pickled milk, whipped cream and dry chilli flakes. We had Kuha fish, it was delicious. We also had apple ice cream as dessert, probably there was a kind of add-on apple sauce mixed with Matcha, made it unique. The price is quite high. But it's a must to visit. European or Asian, you 'll love the taste mixed with the overall aesthetic of the restaurant. Well ventilated, great interior, unique taste. Recommended.
This is a great place with a cozy Nordic atmosphere. The food is beautifully cooked and presented with small fine details that improve the experience. The staff is genuine, friendly and offers excellent service. I really recommend this place.
Had lunch here with my girlfriend. Service was great, food was good. Overall would highly recommend.
