Espresso House - Larvik

Usually very friendly staff, but on the afternoon there was a bad service. could they not make hot chocolate because it was too late, that was 6pm 2 hours before they closed?! and could they also not be hot baked because it was too late? could anyone understand? the next time it will be the coffee in the second floor, instead.

4 pieces on the work. only one, the money and coffee machine. extremely slow and disorganized operation ....

Ordered take, could be picked up in 5 min, I had to nag twice, got it after almost 20 min. many people and surly service

Mostly good. But some days (like today) there are people at work who are clearly not very interested in being service minded. Two of them stood talking together without realizing we were there. I asked for an iced cappuccino with oat milk. Got this with lactose free foam. I said that I had wanted it vegan (hence oat milk), got the answer that you can't make foam without skimmed milk. This is simply not true. It's a shame that a place where they are mostly so good should have employees who show so little interest in the customers.
