Avaliação da contribuiçãoI love Asian food .. and this did not disappoint! All of the dishes we ordered were delicious.. but the best by far was the crispy chicken skin .. honestly amazing !
Love it here! Suitable for vegetarians, even though at first glance the menu appears to be meat centric. Ask for the allergen menu and you can get lots of options for vegetarian/pescatarian.Everything is made to order, very well seasoned, and tastes so fresh. We got the Fried Rice with Vegetables, Bok Choy side, Sizzling Noodles with Tofu, and Mushroom Bao. The perfect crunch on the bok choy, tiny cubes of tofu that added great texture to the noodles, the flavor of the marinated mushrooms…everything was excellent. Very friendly service up at the bar, and a well made Singapore Sling to boot. Run don’t walk and you’ll probably see us there again ?Vegetarian options: Easy to modify several different options.
We surely were late to the show although every time 8 East was mentioned or displayed on social media I was already hungry and ready to go.My husband's birthday in mid October this year was the perfect occasion. We got there early on a weekday afternoon and were immediately seated by our server, Javier.First, let me say that the exquisite care we got from Javier throughout our dinner is the high point of this birthday celebration although the food is wonderful!!We thoroughly enjoyed the sizzling shrimp, the short rib, dumpling, the pork belly bao. Dan Dan noodles were very nice and the lobster fried rice was good. We both were totally blown away by the Tokyo, crêpe with mushroom and tofu. This was innovative, an incredibly delicious. I was driving so I asked for a recommendation on a mock tail. Without missing a beat Javier told me that he would create some thing special. One of their standard wonderful drinks is the Heart of the Pina. This drink is normally made with tequila, but I had it without the tequila and it includes the amazing flavors of passion, fruit, pomegranate, lime, agave, and cardamom bitters. This was truly outstanding and refreshing. All of the staff members who delivered the most picturesque small plates to our table, were very helpful with our questions.Being locals, we very much look forward to coming back soon as the ambience, the food, and the service is top notch.
8 East is a favorite spot of ours for day dates, incredible food, and top-notch service! It is tucked away in the back corner of the upper casino floor at the exclusive adults only Circa Hotel and Casino. While it's not the largest of restaurants, there are still plenty of tables and lots of room at the bar. There are even a couple of secluded dining areas for a bit of privacy. The ambience, vibe, and staff are all very welcoming and make you want to just relax and hang out for a while and enjoy the setting. We like to sit at the bar and interact with the bartender and watch the chefs do their magic cooking your food in front of you, but no matter where you sit, you can rest assured that you will always receive the upmost attention by the incredible staff. The menu boasts a wide variety of delicious options, but our favorite part is the extensive list of small plates that you can share amongst friends and family, and order several different ones to taste a bit of everything. We love to order a couple at a time and try their many custom and craft cocktails or some of their beers. This is just a great place, if you're looking to enjoy some great food, great drinks and have some great times and an awesome environment!I highly recommend you give 8 East a try.... you will not be disappointed!
Hit this place on a Saturday night around 10PM without a reservation. We were seated pretty within 15 minutes and had a wonderful meal. Wife's favorite was the pork belly while I really enjoyed the Thai Waterfall shrimp. We also tried the Brisket Fried Rice (Vital Vegas style) as well as short rib dumplings, which were okay since we aren't big on horseradish. With all that said, we will definitely come back when we are downtown. Food was outstanding and a pretty good value for the portion size/Vegas factor.
