Baja Fresh - Las Vegas Strip

I’m basing this review solely on the staff. This is the day your tortilla maker blew up (Jan 6 approximately 12pm) THESE TWO WOMEN AT THE FRONT WERE THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. they fed off their negativity with one another. At the very least split these two up because they were both incredibly rude and super burnt out that we ordered shrimp. I have truly never experienced such rude ladies. Mostly the mexican lady working the cash register though. Do your company a favor and get rid of this one or put her in the back! Absolutely insane. We also waited 46 minutes for a shrimp quesadilla but that was the least of my worries after this experience.

Food was average. But entertainment watching two employees in a argument.

Was excited to see Baja Fresh at the airport. Walked up to the counter at 4:59pm and was greeted with sorry ma 'am, we are closed . This seems very strange because it 's the start of the dinner hour and doesn 't match the published hours.

In addition to taking over 30 minutes to wait in line due to the staff working with no sense of urgency, this is by far the most disgusting fast casual food place I’ve ever seen.None of the meat was in any kind of warming area, so it was all ice cold. The prep station looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks…food almost over the floor, and ants all over the counter. I actually saw the manager tell HMS Host hanging out and laughing while only one member of the staff was “helping” customers, and you could tell none of them gave a damn.I would urge the department of health to inspect this place, as I’m sure they would shut it down immediately.

The quality is superb to other Mexican QSR’s and their service is excellent.Parking: We got in to our handicap spot with no issues.
