Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis place was absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I ordered the hot wings, roman trio(gumbo, etoufee, and red beans and rice), bread pudding, and all of them were fantastic. Whenever I come back to Vegas I will be sure to come here again because there are so many more items I want to try. Lisa our server was wonderful and the overall service was great. If you're coming to town this place is an absolute must.
One of the best meals I have ever ate in Las Vegas. #foodiecertified
While visiting Vegas, we wanted some nice meals since our California county only has takeout and outdoor seating. We wanted dinner served on a real plate by a waiter/waitress. Reading reviews we decided on Lola’s in th Holsum Center. On arrival, the interior was a little of a disappointment.it felt like grandmas kitchen decor. The food we got felt like a 5 dear restaurant. Hubby chose the blackened catfish and grits and I had the fried catfish. Both were delicious but I was soon dragging my fish through the andouille sauce and grits flavored with Gouda cheese.creamy, cheesy, delicious! As sides I had greens and hoppin John (both okay hubby had side salad, (great and cole slaw (disappointing We kept thinking of the grits and andouille gravy catfish and looked online and decided to try the Summerlin location. Beautiful setting, outdoor gardens, bar, oyster bar, perfect ambiance. The waitress was attentive. The attention to detail (chilled salad bowl, food served so hot we had to wait for it to cool. , just what we were looking for. We decided to share the Blackened shrimp and catfish served over grits (best grits ever and the mandarin orange salad. The waitress picked up that we were sharing and asked if she could serve divided. She split both for us with huge portions and it was so tasty. Only drawback is when splitting the catfish, I think all the grease from the sausage ended up on my plate. This food was so good, I asked waitress for a small bowl, spoon and napkins and blotted grease AND I DIDNT EVEN COMPLAIN!!! We were very happy with both restaurants and recommend either, depending on what you are looking for, a good meal and on your way, or a nice atmosphere AND good food.
Make a reservation if its for dinner service!!! Freaking EXCELLENT FOOD !!
If you want the illusion of cajun food, Lola's is the place to go. Being a Lousiana girl I wanted to like this place, but I was disappointed.
