Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Simply finished with dinner and it was absolutely delicious! our server hailey and two others (which do not catch their names, but one of them had a beautiful piece of art on their poor made me and my fathers even better at night! definitely recommend and come back! also the atmosphere and the warm welcome of the entire staff was a! thank you!

I had a birthday reward for a free appetizer or dessert and ordered the $10 hamburger which included a drink and fries. The server, Francine, knew ahead of time that I wanted to use both. When I received my bill, I didn't get the $10.00 hamburger but the more expensive one. The server said the birthday reward negated the $10.00 special hamburger. Consequently, I paid about $14.00 more. The server said there was nothing she could do about it. The hamburger and fries were cold. I didn't get refills in a timely manner and asked for more water and never got it. I won't be back to this location.

I tried the pizza for dinner tonight. It's a newer item on the menu. I opened the box and was a little disappointed. The crust is really thin. It's more like a Flatbread and should be sold as so. I kinda wish I had gone to Little Caesars for what I paid for it. The flavor was just alright too. Stick to burgers RR.

I was recently at the Red Robin on Centennial. There were two people in our party. We both ordered the 10 dollar hamburger which included your drink and unlimited fries. The last time I visited I received a free appetizer or dessert for my birthday. I told the server I had the birthday Reward and she said that was fine. When she brought my bill, I ended up not getting the 10 dollar burger because she said the birthday Reward negated the 10 dollar special. I ended up paying more for my burger as well as drinks. The hamburger and fries were cold. I was so angry, I don't intend to go to this Red Robin again.
